Why should I choose CLIP?
We’ve been at this for over 30 years. When we say your success is our passion, it’s not lip service and we prove it by continually developing our tools.
Will I have to give you my credit card number to sign up for a trial?
No. We don’t want to add to the list of subscription services you forgot to cancel after the trial that inexplicably dings your credit card.
How do I update CLIPitc?
There’s no need. Since CLIPitc is cloud based, it’s automatically updated. We’ll give you a heads up if that update might affect any late night work you may be doing.
Which plan is right for my business?
No plan withholds features, so with CLIP, it’s all about how many customers you service. If you’re just getting started, Basic is your route. Mid-sized and less than 400, Pro is the way to go. Enterprise is for folks who’ve been very successful growing their company.
Once I sign up, can I switch plans?
Of course. We never want you to pay more than you need or not have enough slots available for the customers you’re adding.
How would cloud software help my business?
CLIP’s lawn care company software can make it easy to do as long as you track your numbers. If you don’t track them, you need to. It’s the only way to grow your business.
What kind of training is available?
We understand how vital it is that you get started on the right foot. Aside from our help articles, and videos, we offer an optional advanced setup that will make you a CLIP expert. Your Onboarding Guide will have all the details for you after you begin your trial.
How do CLIP work with quickbooks?
All versions of CLIP work with Quickbooks Desktop. Only CLIPitc works with both QB Desktop and Online. Check out these help articles that will explain how that all works.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope. You can cancel anytime.

How do I reset my password in CLIPitc?
We try to make it as easy as possible with the “forgot password” link located beneath the login. If you still have trouble, check out this article or contact our support team via the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen.
